Due to the immediate nature of our service delivery, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.

1. General Policy

Our programs provide instant access to live or recorded or video coaching/training, proprietary training materials, and specialized tools curated for real estate professionals. Because of this immediate value delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy

• Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial participation or change of personal circumstances.
• By enrolling in a RocketAgent program or service, you explicitly agree to this No Refund Policy and acknowledge that coaching value begins immediately upon payment.

4. Exceptions (At RocketAgent’s Sole Discretion)

In rare cases, RocketAgent may, at its discretion, consider a refund or credit in situations such as:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical errors on our part preventing access to services

Any such requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the transaction.
