This tier supports you in building foundational systems and productive habits to increase efficiency and prepare for Tier 2 eligibility.

This is a skills-development program and does not guarantee specific production outcomes.

Suggested Production Level: 0–6 transactions per year

Meet Your Coach:

Your designated RocketAgent® Coach will be a Tier 1 Coach with an annual Gross Commission Income (GCI) exceeding $150,000. We match you with a coach aligned with your current stage and growth needs.

Participants also gain insights from other RocketAgent® Coaches during optional mastermind sessions, conference events, and virtual training opportunities.

Coach access is subject to availability and fair use guidelines.

As a participant in Tier 1 group coaching, you’ll receive RocketAgent® Member status—an internal recognition that gives you access to exclusive member-only discounts on RocketAgent® products and affiliated events.

As you build your experience and increase your production, you may become eligible for recognition at higher tiers.

This coaching tier is designed to help agents grow from lower-six-figure earnings into higher production brackets, while developing sustainable systems that support improved work-life balance.

The focus is on helping you work smarter, lead effectively, and position your business for scalable growth and potential Tier 3 eligibility.

Suggested Production Range: 7–12 transactions per year

Your RocketAgent® Coach will work with you to define your focus and schedule. We pair you with a coach who aligns with your immediate goals and business structure. As your needs evolve, you may access insights from other coaches aligned with your growth stage.

This tier includes access to the RocketAgent® Coaching On-Demand Feature — allowing you to request additional support and resources from your coach and the broader RocketAgent® Team.

As a Tier 2 coaching participant, you receive RocketAgent® Member status — an internal program recognition that unlocks access to exclusive product discounts, partner events, and members-only tools.

You may become eligible for further distinctions as you continue to grow and participate in higher tiers of the program.

Suggested Production Range: 13–24 transactions annually

This tier includes access to RocketAgent® On-Demand Coaching — a flexible support feature that allows you to request additional guidance from your coach and the RocketAgent® Team.

Tier 3 coaching participants receive RocketAgent® Member status — a program-specific recognition that provides access to exclusive member discounts on RocketAgent® products, partner services, and events.

As you continue developing your skills and production, you may become eligible for recognition in higher tiers of the RocketAgent® system.

This coaching tier is designed to help experienced agents build on six-figure production levels while enhancing operations, leadership, and sustainable business growth — with a strong focus on team development and long-term work-life balance.

The goal is to prepare you for Tier 5 eligibility by strengthening your systems, leadership, and production.

Suggested Transaction Range: 25–60 transactions per year

Tier 5 is designed for high-performing agents and team leaders aiming to scale from established six-figure production to potential seven-figure revenue, while streamlining their schedule for improved work-life balance.

You’ll be paired with a RocketAgent® Coach who has demonstrated success leading high-performing real estate teams. Coaches in Tier 5 are selected for their expertise in scaling operations and generating top-tier results.

Together with your coach, you’ll customize your coaching focus and schedule to align with your evolving needs. As you grow, you’ll gain access to insights from additional RocketAgent® Coaches with relevant specialization.

RocketAgent® On-Demand Coaching provides flexible access to your coach and broader RocketAgent® Team.

Support and sessions are subject to availability and fair use policies.

Tier 5 participants are recognized as RocketAgent® Members, an internal designation within the program. This unlocks access to exclusive tools, premium partner discounts, and invitation-only events.

As you continue developing your leadership and business growth, you may become eligible for elevated recognition at Tier 6.

Tier 6 is designed for senior-level real estate professionals — team leaders, brokers, and those operating at a CEO level — who are building scalable, sustainable teams with minimal reliance on their direct involvement.

This tier focuses on advanced delegation, executive strategy, and leadership development to support a high-performing organization.

Suggested Transaction Range: 121+ annually

Suggested GCI Benchmark: $1,000,000–$2,000,000 (not guaranteed; for reference only)

As your role shifts away from daily transactions and toward strategic leadership, your coaching will focus on building autonomous systems, developing key team members, and optimizing organizational performance.

Your Tier 6 Coach will work with you to prioritize areas such as succession planning, advanced systems design, and time-leveraging strategies.

Coaching includes access to coaches across all RocketAgent® tiers (1–6) to support your team’s continued development.
