EXPERT BENEFITS
Competitive Revenue Sharing
We offer one of the most competitive compensation models in the coaching and training space:
- Earn 40% of net revenue from programs you lead.
- Earn an additional 10% of net revenue when clients enroll via your referral.
Revenue share is based on actual collected net receipts. All payouts are subject to the Expert Agreement.

OUR ONBOARDING PROCESS FOR EXPERTS
Train the Trainer (TTT)
To become a RocketAgent® Certified Trainer, you must complete the Train the Trainer (TTT) course within 6 months of enrollment. This is a hands-on, skill-building program designed to help you effectively lead training sessions aligned with our educational philosophy.
Coach the Coaches
To become a RocketAgent® Certified Coach, you must complete our Coach the Coaches program within 12 months. This program provides practical coaching tools, communication strategies, and systems tailored for real estate professionals.
Note:“Certified” means you have completed RocketAgent®’s internal training and met the standards for participation in our programs. This does not represent a license, legal accreditation, or professional designation granted by any third-party authority.
Evaluation & Audit Process
We prioritize continuous improvement and quality assurance. All RocketAgent® Experts are subject to periodic evaluation and audit to ensure training quality, learner satisfaction, and alignment with program goals. This process helps us maintain a high standard of service for our coaching and training participants.
Active Expert Status
To maintain active expert status, certified experts are expected to lead at least one training or coaching session every 6 months. This ensures hands-on application of skills and continued engagement with the RocketAgent® community.
INVESTMENT TO BE THE EXPERT
Investment:
- USD 6,000 to be our certified trainer.
- USD 2,000 to be our certified tier 1 coach.
- USD 5,000 to be our certified tier 2 coach.
- USD 10,000 to be our certified tier 3 coach.
- USD 15,000 to be our certified tier 4 coach.
- USD 26,000 to be our certified tier 5 coach.
- USD 65,000 to be our certified tier 6 coach.

Certification is for internal use only and does not represent licensure, accreditation, or legal certification by any regulatory body. Compensation is performance-based and contingent on actual training/coaching work performed and collected program revenue. Experts are not employees and are engaged as independent contractors. All participation is subject to acceptance, completion of onboarding requirements, and ongoing program quality standards. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Expert Agreement.
